Delivery Policy
How PodsHub delivers your order, receiving guidelines, and what happens if a delivery can't be completed.
Delivery areas
We deliver throughout the UAE. Same-day delivery is available in many parts of Dubai; other Emirates are usually delivered within 1–3 business days. See our Shipping Policy for timing and costs.
Scheduling & timing
We aim to dispatch quickly and, where possible, offer same-day delivery for Dubai orders placed before the daily cut-off. Our team may contact you to confirm a convenient time.
Receiving your order
- Please ensure someone 18 or older is available to receive the order.
- Valid ID may be requested to verify age before handover.
- Check your items on arrival where possible.
Failed or missed delivery
If no eligible recipient is available, our courier will attempt to contact you to reschedule. Repeated failed attempts may result in the order being returned to us; re-delivery may incur an additional fee.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, but we will always try to help resolve it.
Damaged on arrival
If your order arrives damaged, do not use the item and contact us within 24 hours with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund. See our Return & Refund Policy.
