Delivery Policy
How Pods Hub Dubai delivers your order, receiving guidelines, and what happens if we can't complete a delivery.
Delivery areas
We deliver throughout the UAE. We deliver within 1 hour in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman, and within 12 hours to Abu Dhabi and the rest of the UAE (Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain). See our Shipping Policy for timing and costs.
Scheduling & timing
Orders to Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman are delivered within 1 hour, and orders to Abu Dhabi and the rest of the UAE within 12 hours. We deliver every day, 24 hours. Our team may contact you to confirm a convenient time.
Receiving your order
- Please ensure someone 18 or older is available to receive the order.
- We may request valid ID to verify age before handover.
- Check your items on arrival where possible.
Failed or missed delivery
If no eligible recipient is available, our courier will attempt to contact you to reschedule. Repeated failed attempts may result in the courier returning the order to us. Re-delivery may incur an additional fee.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, but we will always try to help resolve it.
Damaged on arrival
If your order arrives damaged, do not use the item and contact us within 24 hours with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund. See our Return & Refund Policy.
