These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Pods Hub Dubai website (podshub.ae) and your purchases from us. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility & age
You must be at least 18 years old to buy from Pods Hub Dubai. Our products contain nicotine, and we sell them to adult smokers only. We may request valid ID at any stage, including on delivery, and may refuse or cancel orders that do not meet this requirement.
Products & pricing
We describe products as accurately as possible. We list prices in AED and show them at checkout. We may update prices, availability and product details at any time. Occasional errors may occur; if we discover a pricing error on your order, we will contact you before proceeding.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it, and a contract forms only when we confirm dispatch. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders.
Payment
We accept card payment (credit or debit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay) and cash on delivery, as shown at checkout. For cash on delivery, please have the full order amount ready when the courier arrives. You confirm that you have the authority to use the payment method you provide.
Delivery & returns
We deliver within 1 hour in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman, and within 12 hours to Abu Dhabi and the rest of the UAE. Our Shipping Policy and Delivery Policy cover delivery in detail. Our Return & Refund Policy covers returns, refunds and faulty devices.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to Pods Hub Dubai or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without our permission. Product and brand names (e.g. IQOS, ILUMA, TEREA) are trademarks of their respective owners.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law permits, Pods Hub Dubai is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms affects any rights you have as a consumer under the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Governing law
The laws of the United Arab Emirates govern these terms, and any disputes are subject to the courts of Dubai, UAE.
