Where we ship
We deliver across the United Arab Emirates from our base in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain.
Processing time
Orders are typically processed witihin 30 minute.
Delivery times
- Dubai, Ajman , Sharjah: 1 Hour delivery where available.
- Other Emirates: approximately 12 hours.
Shipping costs
- Free shipping on orders over the threshold shown at checkout.
- A flat delivery fee applies to smaller orders and is shown before you pay.
Order tracking
Once dispatched, we will share tracking or delivery updates by SMS, WhatsApp or email so you know when to expect your order.
Age verification on delivery. As our products contain nicotine, our courier may ask for valid ID to confirm the recipient is 18 or older. Orders cannot be released to minors.
Delays
