Where we ship

We deliver across the United Arab Emirates from our base in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain.

Processing time

We typically process orders within 30 minutes.

Delivery times

Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman: delivery within 1 hour.
Abu Dhabi and the rest of the UAE (Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain): delivery within 12 hours.
Delivery hours: we deliver every day, 24 hours.

Shipping costs

1-hour delivery (Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman) and 12-hour delivery (Abu Dhabi and the rest of the UAE): free on orders over AED 400. Orders under AED 400 pay a AED 30 delivery fee.
2 to 4 hour shipping: free on orders over AED 450. Orders under AED 450 pay AED 20.
Your delivery fee is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Order tracking

Once we dispatch your order, we will share tracking or delivery updates by SMS, WhatsApp or email so you know when to expect it.

Age verification on delivery. As our products contain nicotine, our courier may ask for valid ID to confirm the recipient is 18 or older. We cannot release orders to minors.

Delays

Occasionally, weather, courier volume or address issues can cause delays. If your order is taking longer than expected, contact us and we will help track it down.
